I am finding Dragonflies and Damselflies of Northeast Ohio most helpful this season.  I can spend a lot of time working on the ID for an insect.  Time that I would rather spend in other ways.

I think that this is a female.  They are "rare to uncommon" according to the book.

 I shot the one at the top with my bird lens, no flash.  The last two were made with my insect setup including flash.  I had a lot of trouble with the highlights on the wings, as can see.  I think the angle of the sun was the cause.
