Zinc arsenate hydroxide mineral, Zn2AsO4OH. In its pure state it is colorless. It displays other colors based on impurities: Yellow,Fe; green, copper. Named after French Mineralogist Gilbert-Joseph Adam (1795-1881). The type locality is Chañarcillo, Copiapó Province, and Atacama Region, Chile.
