I have been wondering when the panels would get mounted. It looks like it is happening as of June 15, 2013.

The rails are mounted horizontally. I wonder if they waited so long to make sure the roof under the panels would not leak. Does anyone know?

It looks like they have a panel up there to check that each one fits.
