Timothy

Timothy Head
This plant grew in about all of the fence rows and escaped eradication because it was self propagating.  It was also in the hay which we fed to the cows.

I liked pulling the head out of the plant and placing in my mouth.  Try it sometime if you never have.

This images shows its reproductive stage.  If you look closely you will see tiny bees pollinating the flowers.
