I seldom photograph the crow because they are usually so high forcing a sky background. I discovered this dead tree the other morning which gives me, in my opinion, a much more suitable background.

I find myself looking to this dead tree when it is still distant hoping to see a crow. There is an approach which gives me cover. I can get closer. I look forward to more shots of crows in the future.
