Please look for Larry's Images at the Mansfield Art Center, Holiday Fair 2013. The show runs from today, Nov. 24 to December 29. Remember that the early shoppers get the best selection.
I am displaying a series of special prints titled "A Vernal Pool." They show the vernal pool, a seasonal body of standing water that typically forms in the spring
from melting snow and other runoff, dries out completely in the hotter
months of summer, and often refills in the autumn. Vernal pools range
from broad, heavily vegetated lowland bodies to smaller, isolated upland
bodies with little permanent vegetation. They are free of fish and
provide important breeding habitat for many terrestrial or semiaquatic
species such as frogs, salamanders, and turtles. (definition courtesy of The Free Dictionary by Farlex) Not only the pool itself but some of the creatures living in it are shown. Much of it is macro photography. There are a total of ten prints. I am offering the group for a special price of $ 830.00. Just give the online code, LIHF, to the person at the cash register.

This image shows the vernal pool. It is not included in the series of prints.
My prints are mounted to stand off from the wall about one inch. I call them Faux Metal Prints because they are on Simply Elegant Metal Chrome paper. They have a captivating look. They have no frame except a thin stroke on the outside. I think that you will find them eye catching.
