This sample is from Los Lamentos Dist. Chihuahua, Mexico.  I think it is a better sample than the other one I showed last month.

I'm learning that I should make at least one shot like this when I begin to shoot a sample so that I can get the "lay of  the land."  That done, I can aim my microscope objective to show its best parts.  It still has the formula (Pb,Zn)2(OH)VO4

 Can you see the location from where the shot came in the shot at the top?

Where as the last shot was at about 9X the above is at almost 15X.  It is the same objective but I mounted the tube lens on 68mm of extension.
