Brochantite

Brochantite
This specimen is from South West Australia, to be exact Widgiemooltha.  The green crystals are brochantite.  I am unsure about the other formations.  This specimen was not wet or covered with anything to make it shine when I photographed it.  The FOV, field of view, is 2.25mm and 9.4x on the sensor.

Brochantite
This sample is from near Paoli, Paul's Valley, Oklahoma.  The FOV is 3.57mm and is 6.68x on the sensor.

I remember reading that, back to Australia, Widgiemooltha is a tiny outpost in a deserted land.  They said the little "town" has only a restaurant and maybe a hotel.  Visiting is encouraged.
