| Prairie Grass AKA Indian Grass |
This image was captured in the AM at about sun up. Gorman Nature Center boasts several prairie grasses because this area is on the edge of the more Western prairies. Indian Grass is one of them.

Indian Grass
We see the inflorescence first. It is a group or cluster of blooms. Grass blooms are small enough that we need to take a second look before we actually see them. Most if not all grasses have them.
