This sample comes from Los Angeles County, California and is displayed at 11.75X, the field of view being 2mm.

According to Wikipedia its primary existence world wide is located around the Aegean Sea.

I had trouble finding this at mindat.org.  I couldn't find it by searching Wickpedia.  I searched using Google on the web and found it.  It was first described in 1969, Owl Canyon, San Bernardino County, California.  Wikipedia

Industrially, it is used as a urea sensor, a fertilizer and as a deodorizer.  Formula:
