Our pond looked like Monet's garden in June and early July. We even had painters working plein air from the peninsula. Many of the leaves were discolored as you can see but it seems each day brings newly open blooms.

It was near noon as you might notice shadows could be a problem. I mitigated them with strong flash from the distance. I liked the reflection in the dark blue water.
