The PA-23 was the first twin engine Piper aircraft, seating 4 to 6 depending on the variant, The above is the Aztec variant featuring two Lycoming 0_540, 250 hp engines. This aircraft was photographed on final approach to James A. Rhodes Memorial Airport near Jackson, OH
