Pink Knotweed

This one grows from the bottom of the dried out vernal pool between the Visitor's Center and the Covered Bridge.  It is a singe exposure made with flash while I was waiting for a bee to arrive.  I like the rim lighting.  I seem to remember these growing in the back barn lot about the same time of year, September.  They were however; smaller blooms
