I first noticed this dragonfly at Terry and Marsha Lloyd's pond near Logan, Ohio. I have since found them at Gorman Nature Center. I have seen them all around the pond but they seem more prevalent at the Southwest corner.

I would describe them as a small dragonfly. They are very active but perch at the same spot.
